A Journey Toward Regeneration and Future Healing

Chapter 1: Time for Reflection and Renewal
As we gear up for 2021, it’s essential to take a moment to pause and recharge.
My personal journey of regeneration has been an exhilarating adventure. Over the past seven years, I've expanded my understanding from a small pond into a vast lake, and recently, the final piece of this intricate puzzle fell into place.
During this transformative experience, I often pondered how regeneration could address our world's myriad challenges. Now, I see that achieving this will require not only systemic design but also a focus on symbiosis and flow.
With this insight, I began to connect our entrenched systems of scarcity to the vast possibilities that lie ahead. My aspirations are stronger than ever, and though my vision may still be somewhat hazy, it becomes clearer each day.
Of course, I recognize that my understanding is just the beginning. Like a pond evolving into a lake, I've realized that the larger shoreline signifies my connection to the unknown. The wisdom our planet holds is immense, and we are just starting to explore it.
In the words of Albert Einstein, "The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know."
Next year, I will dedicate my time to writing a book titled Abundanism, which will outline my vision for healing our world and fostering regeneration. This work will reflect how humanity can remain resilient in adversity, emerging wiser and more whole.
I’ve come to terms with my own reflection and will also be sharing insights on YouTube. My initial presentation for The Balipara Foundation is now available, and I plan to release more videos that detail practical steps we can take toward healing our planet.
These videos won't be perfect; they will simply be an authentic representation of my personal journey. I won’t aim for polished productions just yet—I'll leave that to talented creators like Martine Weber. However, my Abundanism channel will feature inspiring works from various artists committed to this mission.
What have I learned during these seven years? The knowledge is profound, yet I’ll attempt to distill it into a few key points. Nature operates on principles of abundance, housing numerous regenerative mechanisms that can certainly guide us toward a more sustainable human existence. Unfortunately, our systems—political, economic, and social—have historically been structured around scarcity, fostering the misconception that only limited resources hold value.
However, a growing movement known as The Regeneration is emerging, filled with individuals advocating for change across political, economic, and societal spheres.
Many, myself included, once believed that regeneration focused primarily on restoring land through organic matter and microorganisms, thus transforming our food systems. While this is true, it is only part of the story. Regeneration also involves healing the damage of our past, decolonizing our minds, and building a future grounded in nature’s abundant laws.
Video Title: 2021 AP Physics C Mechanics Solutions Set 1 (May 3rd Exam)
This video provides solutions for the AP Physics C Mechanics exam, offering an in-depth exploration of the problems and their resolutions.
I see now that Charles Darwin was onto something, but the Neo-Darwinists missed the mark. It’s not merely about genes as vessels of past information; to create a regenerative world, we must focus on studying cells—the true agents of regeneration.
For years, I have immersed myself in the works of James Lovelock and the Gaia Hypothesis, yet I realize that Lynn Margulis’s contributions, particularly her Five Kingdoms of Nature, are equally vital. Together, they hold the keys to a regenerative future.
While I was aware of the five kingdoms, I lacked a deep understanding of their implications. Now, I recognize that symbiosis, alongside systemic design, is essential for crafting a new world. Additionally, we must cultivate flow in our systems, allowing fresh insights to emerge.
In nature, biodiversity serves as a balancing force, much like diversity does within human systems. Yet, grappling with diversity can be challenging; our perspectives often limit our understanding.
What I term "rewilding my soul" and embracing "the feminine way" can guide us. By healing our fears surrounding intuition and emotional awareness, we can cultivate the inner wisdom necessary for our journeys, which will ultimately be deeply personal.
Chapter 2: My Vision for the Future
In the coming years, I aspire to support others on their journeys from ponds to lakes, dedicating my energy to those who are on the regenerative path, helping them to grow into vast lakes themselves.
I may not hold a scientific title, but I am a woman driven by a desire for a brighter future for our grandchildren. I’ve developed a foundational understanding of science, enabling me to engage in meaningful discussions about its implications.
I possess a talent for connecting ideas, listening intently, and communicating effectively. Thus, my role will be to foster connections, recognizing that we all have unique insights to share.
To fulfill my purpose, I will build bridges of communication between us. I need to understand your current knowledge of regeneration before sharing what I’ve learned. In my interactions, I will focus on listening and provide targeted support based on your individual learning paths.
Given my limited time, I will also be writing and creating videos. If I can’t respond to everyone personally, don’t be discouraged; there are many others from whom you can learn.
The journey of regeneration is our collective horizon, and we each follow our unique paths. Among my fellow travelers are Anna Blume, Jenny Andersson, and many others, each contributing to this mission in their own ways.
Video Title: You're WASTING Your Time (mindset going into 2021)
This video addresses the mindset one should adopt as they approach the new year, emphasizing the importance of intentionality and purpose.
As I reflect on the past seven years, I find myself weary after a period of divergence, where I expanded my perspectives through unconventional paths, led by my heart.
Moving forward, I will enter a phase of convergence, concentrating on what I wish to create—a regenerative future for our grandchildren, nurturing wise lakes and cultivating rivers of honest dialogue between them.
For now, I will take a step back. In the coming weeks, you may see a poem or two, but do not expect extensive explanations or solutions just yet. I need time to reflect before giving voice to these ideas.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my loyal readers and the editors who have supported me along this journey. I appreciate your confidence in my sometimes unconventional views of the future.
As I embark on this new chapter, I remain committed to engaging with publications that embrace the vision of a regenerative future.
Let’s continue to dream together and build a new world, one that thrives on diversity and inclusivity. Thank you for being part of this transformative journey.
Warm regards,
Desiree
